When one door closes...

Sometimes the best way for God to add to your life is to subtract from it. Certain things must be removed in order for better things to take their place.

Sometimes the loss is not a loss at all. It may in fact be a huge gain! Divine redirection toward what we were meant for all along. God knows when we won’t remove ourselves so He steps in. He knows when we won’t go through the door meant for us that He may have to lock the one we keep knocking on.

Trust His timing. Trust His direction. Trust what He is telling you. What sometimes feels like rejection may indeed be divine redirection.

When one door closes, take your hand off of the doorknob! Don’t get so stuck tugging on the wrong door that you miss the one that God has open and meant for you!
